Course Synopsis
This course introduces students to management-oriented practices in the construction industry, encompassing residential, commercial, and civil construction. Key topics include basic construction management concepts, professional roles, labor management, project team coordination, site and material management, and professional ethics. Students will also learn about various professional bodies operating within the construction industry.

By the end of the semester, students should be able to:
